In 2013, Dervish Consulting collaborated with a leading Turkish university to bring its ‘Leadership for Yourself and Others’ to the participants of its selective Talent Management Program. An intensive full-day course, it is designed to help participants realize their personal and professional goals and to recognize the ways in which they are both helping and hurting their own attempts to reach these goals. This course allows people to become acquainted with the kind of natural leader they are meant to be.
